Ownershin of Documents. AI! work product produced by Consultant or its agen#s, <br /> employees, and subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement is the property of City. In the <br /> event this Agreement is terminated, a�l work product producec! by Consultant or its <br /> agents, employees and subcontractors pursuant to this Agreem�nt will be delivered to <br /> Ci#y pursuant to #he termination clause af this Agreement.
