Based on information in the <br /> ESAs, Cansultant will co�duct the fol�owing tasks #or incorporation into the IS: <br /> � Peer review ar�d evaluate the Phase IlPhase �I ESAs ar�d pro�ide camments if <br /> nec�ssary. <br /> • Identify potential exposure to hazardous materials or waste cfuring constructior� <br /> aCtivities and during long-term operation at the project site. <br /> • ❑escribe applicable federal, State, and laca! regulations and how these <br /> regulatior�s apply to the proposed project and reduce the potential for impact. <br /> D E�aluate potential public health risks at the site fram graundwater and soif <br /> contamination from prior land uses. In addi#ion, the analysis will focus on any <br /> patentially poor hazardous maferials "housekeeping" practices at �he site ar <br /> from nearby uses. This information wilE be augmented by the Phase I ESA. <br /> • Include a discussion of the potential hazardaus materials that could be used <br /> during the operatian of the proposed praject and any poter�tial releases of <br /> these materials. <br /> • lnclude a discussion of the potential public health risk from exposur� to <br /> hazardaus building compon�nts in the structures to pe demolished at the <br /> project site (e.g., asbestos, PCBs, etc.). <br /> HydrologyNVater Quality <br /> Ta ��aluate impac#s related to Hydrolagy and Water Quality, Consultant will <br /> conduct the follawing tasks: <br /> ■ Describe the existing regulatory en�ironment, including, but not limited to, the <br /> Construction General Permit, Municipal Regional Permit for stormwater <br /> discharges (including how the project relates to C.3 requiremenks), the <br /> Redwood City Municipal Code, and the California Building Code.
