Sub-Consultant will analyze up to five <br /> intersectiorts in tF�e traffic study. The purpose of the study is to determine the traffic <br /> impacts of fhe �roposed development or� key intersections in the vicinity af the site <br /> during weekday AM and PM pe�k commute hours. Analysis ofi additional study <br /> intersections, if required, will require authorization and additional budget. The TIA will <br /> b� prepared consistent with the City ofi Redwooc! City and San Mateo County <br /> Congestion Managemer�t Program (CMP) requirements and will obtain information <br /> from the recer�tly-prepared Stanford EfR. The subtasks to be included in the T�A for <br /> the project are as follows: <br /> • �sk 1.Site Reconnaissance and Existing Observa#ions <br /> Physical characteristics of the study area and the surraunding roadway netvuork will <br /> be updated to iden#ify existing roadway cross sec#ions, in#ersection lane <br /> configurations, traffic control devices, and surrounding land uses.
