Th�e analysis will dete�rnine <br /> if madeled increases to roadway r�oise levels would considerabiy af��ct existing <br /> noise-sensitive land uses, Modeled cumulative-plus-project traffic noise levels <br /> wili be used to determine future irtterior and exterior noise ie�els on the project <br /> site. <br /> • Assess stationary noise sources (e.g., HVAC, parking) associa#ed with <br /> implementa#ion of the prapased project. Lar�g-term impacts will be determined <br /> from existing doc�mentation, standard atte�tuatio� rates and mocleling <br /> techniques. lmpac#s will be determined at adjacent noisE-sensitive receivers <br /> and com�ared to appficab�e noise regufations. <br /> � Assess iand use compatibility in terms of exterior noise le�els with existing and <br /> future predicted noise environmen#s (e.g., transportation and stationary) based <br /> on applicable regulations and local agency guidance. Stationary sources of <br /> nois� that currently exis# in the praject area wiil be discussed based on site visit <br /> observations, aerial photographs, and existing documentation. Consultant will <br /> �iscuss tF�e types of existing stationary naise sources that are present. <br /> Stativnary sources that dominate the prajec# area noise enviranment wil! be <br /> measured and ievels associat�d with such sources will !�e included in the <br /> analysis. <br /> • Include a discussion of the potential exposure ofi sensitive receivers to <br /> excessive groundborne vibration attributabfe to project implementatian (e.g., <br /> use of hea�y-du#y construction equipment). This discussion will include a <br /> cfescription of existing vibration sensi#i�e recei�ers (sensitive land uses, and <br /> structures). Consultant will conduct a reconnaissar�ce level survey of <br /> surrounding land uses, sensitive recei�ers, and historicallarcf�itectural <br /> struct�ares considered to be potentiafly sensitive to graundborne vibration <br /> levels. Typical short-term and long-term groundborne vibration levels will be <br /> predicted based on documented source-specific vi�ration �evels and standard <br /> madeiing procedures as recommended by federal and State agency guidance. <br /> � Evaluate noise and �ibration impacts based on compliance or exceedance of <br /> applicable regulations and guidance �Orovided by lacal, state, and federal <br /> ageRCies. Additionally, the analysis will assess noise and vibration significance <br /> based on the generation or exposure to substantial permane�t or temporary <br /> increases in ambient levels.
