DiscussJon: The Cansuftant will be responsible for praj�ct coordir�atian activities, wiN maintain QAIQC requirements for dacument preparation, and will manitor schedule and perFormance for all work tasics. Project management subtasks also include maintaining internal cornmunications among Consultant staff with City staff #hrough emails, frequent phone contact, and in-person meetings, as wel! as the preparation af alf correspondence. The Consultant will caordinate Cons�ltant internal stafF, project guidance, and analysis criteria. It is assumed tha# Consultant will attend �n►o �n-person meeting {one of which is included in Task 1, Project Initiation, abo�s) and six canference calls. Subsequent Tasks As stated abave under Task 6.3, ance #he level of en�ironmen4al review is determined, Consuftant wi11 revise the scope of work and budget, as necessary. Assuming tha# an ISIMND would be preparecl, rather than an EIR, the foilowing task would need to be complet�d, The associated le�el of effort for this task is included as a contingency in our attached budget. Due to the �ariahility of public comments, bath in volume and content, this is anly an estimate. At the close of the public review period, Cons�ltant will e�aluate the campiled comments to determine if the associa#ed haurs are sufFicient. Our budge� assumes responses to approximatefy 15 discrete substantive comments mostly cansisting of additional clarification on text alreatfy in the fS/MND as well as minor re�isions to the document. We assume that no additional analysis would be required as part of#he Final ISIMND preparation. If an E!R is required, a scope and budget wil� be prepared as par# of Task 5.3. Task S. Attend Communit�Outreach Mee#Ina Cor�sultant and Sub-Consulta�t wiRl attend one community outreach meeting to obtain pubfic input on the appropr�ate level of enviranmental re�iew (ISIMND or EIR) prior to the p�ablic review period. If substanti�e comments are raised by members o#the public andlor cammenting agencies, these issues will �ae incorporated into subsequent drafts of the CEQA document.
