EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES AND ESTIMATED COST <br /> This Amendment revises the scope and cost of the Original Agreement as follows: <br /> Description: <br /> The Original Agreement required Tasks 1-6 (as identified in Original Agreement Exhibit A) to be <br /> completed for the US101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project (Bair Island Road to Convention <br /> Way), which is a component of the larger Bloomquist Extension Project. The scope of the <br /> US101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project has been expanded by staff to include the <br /> development of an adjacent city owned parcel (APN 052-383-210). The new development <br /> improvements on parcel 052-383-210 include a bicycle/pedestrian path, landscaping <br /> improvements, and a creek overlook area. <br /> In addition to the expansion of the project description, City staff has determined that the CEQA <br /> analysis for the US101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project should also include the Bair Island <br /> Road Storm Drain Pump Station Relocation Project because both are components of the <br /> Bloomquest Extension Project. The CEQA review includes a cumulative environmental review <br /> of the Bair Island Road Storm Drain Pump Station Relocation Project with the US101 <br /> Pedestrian Undercrossing Project, technical studies, and a mitigated negative declaration. <br /> Services: <br /> ConsultanYs Services shall include the following: <br /> • Consultant shall perform Tasks 1-6 as contemplated in the Original Agreement but for <br /> the expanded US 101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project as described above. <br /> • Consultant shall conduct the CEQA review and analysis as contemplated in Task 3 of <br /> the Original Agreement for the Bair Island Road Storm Drain Pump Station Relocation <br /> Project as well as the US101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project. The CEQA analysis for <br /> the Bair Island Road Storm Drain Pump Station Relocation Project includes a cumulative <br /> environmental review with the US101 Pedestrian Undercrossing Project, technical <br /> studies, and a mitigated negative declaration. <br /> The estimated costs for the additional Services are attributed below.
