EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES, TIME SCHEDULE AND FEE SCHEDULE Task 5.2.1 — PEER (Permit Engineering Evaluation Report) Review Process WRECO will take the lead in gaining approval for the PEER and preparing the technical reports, structural calculations and design plans & specifications required to attain Caltrans approval. This task includes the following: O Project coordination and three (3) additional meetings with the City. o Attend four (4) Caltrans meetings. O Prepare the PEER report and technical reports needed for the PEER process. O Review all design features to ensure that the Project meets Caltrans' standards. O Prepare geotechnical recommendations for installing utilities under pathway. Includes pile capacities analysis to be included in recommendations. O Prepare pressure diagrams for the tieback wall that includes seismic loading and lateral loading. Also provide vertical and lateral capacities of 14-inch diameter steel piles. O Update Log of Test boring sheets to meet Caltrans requirements. O Revise structural design to meet Caltrans 2015 Standard Plans & Specifications. O Provide structural design and check calculations based on the latest AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications. O Resubmit design plans and specifications for Caltrans Review (95% and Final) Deliverables O Caltrans PEER Report (Draft and Final) - PDFs O 95% Design Submittal to Caltrans (includes structural calculations) — PDF o Final Design Submittal to Caltrans — PDF Task 5.2.2 — Regulatory Agency Permitting WRECO will assist the City in gaining regulatory agency permit approvals.
