WRECO will assist the City with utility coordination with PG&E and AT&T to relocate their facilities <br /> from under US 101 . This task includes the following: <br /> O Attend three (3) utility coordination meetings <br /> O Prepare exhibits (typical section, proposed AT&T relocation) <br /> O Pothole existing utilities where AT&T conduits will potentially cross <br /> O Design of PG&E conduits under the path into the final design. Design for buoyancy uplift. <br /> Deliverables <br /> a Conceptual AT&T utility relocation exhibit — PDF <br /> O Conceptual typical section under US 101 with utilities - PDF <br /> Task 5.3 — 100% Final Design PS&E (Additional Work) <br /> The new storm drain pump station and new waterline projects were constructed within the project Emits <br /> and will impact the design of the project. To compete the design of the project, the following task are <br /> required: <br /> O Pothole new waterline <br /> O Supplemental topographical survey to account for newly constructed storm drain pump station, <br /> utility boxes, and electronic sign that was installed within the project limits recently <br /> • Coordinate and design service connections for power with newly constructed SD pump station <br /> O Design SD improvements (relocate discharge line & remove abandon facilities) associated with <br /> new SD pump station <br /> Task 6.1 — Construction Support (Biological Monitoring) <br /> WRECO will provide Biological support during construction as required by the environmental documents <br /> and agency permits. This task includes the following: <br /> O Biological surveys (sensitive plants, bats, nesting birds, active nests) and Results Report <br /> O Preconstruction preparation <br /> O Environmental Awareness Training (includes training pamphlet preparation) <br /> O Biological monitoring during temporary cofferdam installation (turbidity monitoring) <br /> O Post-Construction As-Built Report <br /> O Post-Construction Planting Report and photo-documentation <br /> O Field delineation of Environmental Site Assessment and exclusion fencing <br /> Deliverables <br /> O Special Status Species Survey Results, Bird Survey Results Reports — PDFs <br /> O Environmental Awareness Training pamphlets — 30 hard copies <br /> O Post-Construction As-Built Report - PDF <br /> O Re-vegetation & Planting Report — PDF <br /> O Turbidity Monitoring Log - PDF <br /> REV: 10-03-17 PR <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br /> ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3 /Wreco - US 101 UC <br />
