6.4.A. - Page 7 <br /> ATTACHMENT1 <br /> B. For special events: <br /> 1. The event shall not continue for more than six consecutive days or three week- <br /> ends, except upon a finding by the Department that special circumstances exist, <br /> in which case the event may not continue for longer than one month; <br /> 2. Applicants shall provide adequate off-street parking arrangements for both <br /> employees/operators and guests as determined by the Department; <br /> 3. If any streets or lanes of traffic are proposed to be closed, applicants shall obtain <br /> approval of a traffic control plan from the Community Development Department; <br /> 4. Applicants shall provide for adequate supervision, security and crowd control as <br /> more specifically required by the Department; <br /> 5. Applicants shall provide for the collection and removal of all trash, garbage, and <br /> litter caused by or arising out of such special event; <br /> 6. Applicants shall provide for adequate sanitary facilities as more specifically <br /> required by the Department; and <br /> 7. Applicants shall provide insurance naming the City as an additional insured, of <br /> the types and in the amounts as directed by the Department. <br /> C. For Temporary Uses: <br /> 1. The Use may not continue for longer than one hundred twenty days and may <br /> only continue for so long as determined applicable for the specific use by the <br /> Department; <br /> 2. Applicants shall provide adequate off-street parking arrangements; <br /> 3. If any streets or lanes of traffic are proposed to be closed, applicant shall obtain <br /> approval of a traffic control plan from the Community Development Department; <br /> 4.
