The concentration of persons will not unduly interfere with proper fire and police <br /> protection of, or ambulance service to, areas contiguous to such event or use; <br /> E. The use or event will not unduly interfere with or disrupt adjacent or nearby property <br /> uses; <br /> F. The operation of the requested use or event at the location proposed and within the <br /> time period specified will not jeopardize, endanger, or otherwise constitute a menace <br /> to the public health, safety or general welfare; <br /> G. The proposed site is adequate in size and shape to accommodate the event or <br /> temporary use without material detriment to the use and enjoyment of other <br /> properties located adjacent to and in the vicinity of the site; <br /> H. The proposed site is adequately served by streets or highways having sufficient <br /> width and improvements to accommodate the kind and quantity of traffic that the <br /> event or temporary use will or could reasonably be expected to generate; <br /> I. Adequate temporary parking to accommodate vehicular traffic to be generated by <br /> the use or event will be available either on-site or at alternate locations acceptable to <br /> the Department; and <br /> J. The temporary use or special event will not conflict with or interfere with another <br /> permit which has been previously granted. <br /> Sec. 33A.12. NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OR DENIAL <br /> Written notice of the issuance or denial of a permit shall be mailed to the applicant at <br /> the address shown on the application within the following times: <br /> A. For parades: within five (5) days of receipt of an application. If a permit is denied, <br /> said written notice shall state the reasons for denial. <br /> B. For block parties: five days after notice is given. <br /> C. For other permits applied for pursuant to this Article: as soon as practicable after the <br /> time required for notice has expired. <br /> Sec. 33A.13. APPEALS PROCEDURE <br /> Any interested person may appeal, to the City Manager, the decision of the Department, <br /> on applications made pursuant to this Article by filing a written appeal with the City Clerk <br /> as follows: <br /> A.
