6.4.A. - Page 10 <br /> ATTACHMENT1 <br /> B. For all other permits applied for pursuant to this Article: A written appeal must be <br /> filed with the City Clerk within fifteen (15) days of the date of the decision. Such <br /> appeals shall be filed, processed and heard in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 1 of this Municipal Code. <br /> C. If the appellant is not the applicant, notice of the hearing shall be given to the <br /> applicant at the same time notice of the hearing date and time is given to the <br /> appellant. After holding a hearing at which the applicant, appellant and any other <br /> interested person may be present, the City Manager may reverse, affirm or modify in <br /> any respect, the determination of the Department. The City Manager's decision shall <br /> be final. <br /> Sec. 33A.14. WAIVER OF TIME LIMITATIONS <br /> The Department may waive the time limitation in Section 33A.7 for filing an application <br /> and the City Manager may waive the time limitation in Section 33A.12 for filing an <br /> appeal, if it is found that unusual circumstances or good cause exists and no <br /> unreasonable burden upon the City or its citizens will be created thereby. <br /> Sec. 33A.15. REVOCATION OF PERMIT <br /> Any permit issued pursuant to this Article may be revoked by the Department at any <br /> time when by reason of emergency, disaster, calamity, disorder, riot, traffic conditions, <br /> violation of this Article or of any permit conditions, or undue burden on public services, <br /> or the Department determines that the health, safety, tranquility, morals or welfare of the <br /> public or property requires such revocation. Notice of revocation of a permit shall be <br /> delivered in writing to at least one person named upon the permit by personal service or <br /> by certified mail, or if the event or use has commenced, orally, or in writing, by personal <br /> contact or service, or by telephone. Continuance of an activity, event or temporary use <br /> permitted pursuant to this Article after such notice of revocation has been delivered is <br /> unlawful. <br /> SECTION 3. This ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> SECTION 5.
