EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Services,Schedule,and Fees <br /> Holiday Tree at City Hall for Hometown Holidays Tree Lighting Ceremony <br /> Contractor: <br /> Bradford Eakes <br /> The Christmas Light Pros <br /> 650-575-8861 <br /> brad@thechristmaslightpros.com <br /> Proiect description: <br /> Contractor will install and service LED string lights for the Hometown Holidays which takes place on the <br /> first Saturday of December of 2012 on the large Redwood Tree in front of City Hall. <br /> 1. Scone of Work/Tasks <br /> Task 1-Contractor shall furnish additional string lights. <br /> ■ Furnish 100 strands of 25ft C6 Strawberry Faceted Pure White LED green wire 70-bulb count. <br /> $1785.00 <br /> Tax: $165.11 <br /> Shippin�: $215.00 <br /> Total Task 1 $2,165.11 <br /> Task 2 -Contractor shall install LED string lights on the 125+foot Redwood Tree located in front of City <br /> Hall at 1017 Middlefield Road and Jefferson Avenue. The City will furnish 17 boxes of lights. Each box <br /> contains 12 strings. <br /> ■ The lights to be used are C6 Strawberry Faceted Pure White LED green wire 70-bulb count 25 ft. <br /> length. The lights are to be furnished by the City. <br /> ■ Installer will use LED lights on the tree going in and out of the foliage of the branches. <br /> ■ The installation will be done with a large boom lift; a traffic and pedestrian control plan will be <br /> submitted for approval by installer minimum 3 days prior to installation. <br /> ■ Cost includes the labor,the boom lift,and possibly a scissor lift. <br /> ■ Lights will be installed in such a way that if one section goes out it will be less noticeable. <br /> ■ If lights are not working during check points, installer will be responsible for solving the issue <br /> and repair the problem.This includes any equipment rental. <br /> ■ The installer shall use any leftover lights to wrap the trunk,as directed by staff. <br /> $10,000.00 <br /> *NOTE-Installation should last 2-3 years minimurn with minor repairs <br /> **NOTE- It will be necessary to split the power between two outlets as well as split the power up and <br /> down the tree as much as possible to minimize the noticeable effect of potential vandalism caused by <br /> squirrels. <br /> General Services Agreement between the City of Redwood City and REV:10-11-12 VR <br /> Bradford Eakes dba The Christmas Light Pros <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.167/BRADFORD EAKES DBATHE CHRISTMAS LI6HT PROS <br />
