� <br /> 1.1.2 The CONSULTANT shall make revisions to the construction drawings and <br /> specifications as directed by the CITY, coordinating changes with <br /> mechanical and electrical engineers. <br /> 1.2 Evaluations of the Work <br /> 1.2.1 The CONSULTANT shall at all times have access to the work wherever it <br /> is in preparation or progress. <br /> 1.2.2 The CONSULTANT shall visit the site appropriate to the stage of <br /> construction become generally familiar with and report in writing "Site <br /> Observations Reports" to keep the CITY informed about the progress and <br /> quality of the portion of the Work completed; to guard the CITY against <br /> defects and deficiencies in the Work; and to determine in general if the <br /> Work is being performed in a manner indicating that the Work, when fully <br /> completed, will be in accordance with the Construction Documents. The <br /> CONSULTANT shall report to the CITY known deviations from the <br /> Construction Documents. CONSULTANT shall advise CITY where <br /> appropriate, to reject work that does not conform to the Construction <br /> Documents. <br /> 1.2.3 CONSULTANT shall participate in regular weekly progress meetings and <br /> attend on-site meetings every three weeks during construction. <br /> CONSULTANT shall review meeting minutes for weekly and on-site <br /> progress meetings for distribution by CITY. <br /> 1.3 Certification of Payments to Contractor. Based on the CONSULTANT's <br /> observations and evaluations of each Application for Payment, the <br /> CONSULTANT shall review the amounts due the construction contractor within <br /> five (5) working days of receipt. The CONSULTANT's review shall constitute a <br /> representation to the CITY that, to the best of the CONSULTANT's knowledge, <br /> information and belief, the Work has progressed to the point of completion <br /> indicated and that the quality of the Work is in accordance with the Construction <br /> Documents.
