i <br /> 1.5.4 The CONSULTANT shall maintain records relative to all changes in the <br /> Work that effect the Construction Documents, limited to changes reviewed <br /> and/or approved by CONSULTANT. <br /> 1.6 Proiect Completion. <br /> 1.6.1 After receiving notification by contractor that the Project is substantially <br /> complete, the CONSULTANT and appropriate members of the design <br /> team shall conduct one (1) inspection to determine the date of Substantial <br /> Completion, as defined in the Contract for Construction. Upon <br /> determination by the CONSULTANT the project is substantially complete, <br /> the CONSULTANT shall inspect with the CITY to check conformance of <br /> the Work with the requirements of the Construction Documents and to <br /> verify the accuracy and completeness of the list submitted by the <br /> contractor of Work that remains to be completed or corrected. <br /> CONSULTANT shall note additional work, if any, that remains to be <br /> completed or corrected (Punchlist 1). <br /> 1.6.2 After receiving notification from the contractor that all punch list work has <br /> been completed, the CONSULTANT shall conduct one (1) inspection to <br /> determine the date of Final Completion. The inspection shall be conducted <br /> with CITY to check for conformance of work with the requirements of the <br /> Construction Documents (Punchlist 2). <br /> 1.6.3 The CONSULTANT shall review for completeness and transmit to CITY <br /> records, written warranties and related documents required by the <br /> Construction Documents to be submitted by the contractor for Substantial <br /> Completion and Final Completion. <br /> 1.6.4 The CONSULTANT shall provide Record Drawings and shall incorporate <br /> information from Contractor red-lined marks developed during <br /> construction. Record Drawings shall be in AutoCad and PDF format on <br /> electronic disk. <br /> 1.6.5 The CONSULTANT shall file with the CITY a written certification of <br /> completion, at both the Substantial Completion and Final Completion <br /> stages, based upon a final inspection by CONSULTANT and appropriate <br /> members of the design team indicating the Work complies, or does not <br /> comply, with all the requirements of the Contract for Construction and the <br /> Construction Documents including CITY approval of all required submittals <br /> such as O&M manuals, warranties, Record Document and required <br /> occupancy permits. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2013/AMENDMENTS/AMEND N0.2 NBBJ—CITY HALL REMODEL PROJECT <br /> REV: 05-09-13 VR-JS <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
