a. Consultant shall prepare a 75%construction drawing, specifications <br /> and cost estimate for City's review. <br /> b. Consultant shall submit three(3) copies of the plans and specifications <br /> to City for review. <br /> B. Final (100%) Submittal <br /> a. Based on 75% submittal comments Consultant shall prepare 100% <br /> construction drawings, specifications and final cost estimate for the <br /> City's review. <br /> b. Consultant shall submit original drawings and specifications. City shall <br /> provide Consultant with template contract document sections 000 -700 <br /> responsible for completion. <br /> C. Consultant to attend final meeting with the City to provide final documents <br /> and discuss delivery schedule and possible chall enges. <br /> D. Consultant to provide an overall project schedule. <br /> C. Construction Administration Services Cost: Not to exceed $8,500.00 <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> 1. Attend pre-construction meeting. <br /> 2. Process and coordinate submittals and shop drawings. <br /> 3. Attend three (3) construction m eetings at the proj ect site. <br /> 4. Evaluate change orders. <br /> 5. Evaluation substitution requests <br /> 6. Provide general administration and coordination. <br /> 7. Provide one (1) substantial completion walkthrough for the site work and generate a <br /> punch list. <br /> TIME SCHEDULE: <br /> Scope Item A. Project Start-up, Review of Existing Conditions and Testing, etc. —Three <br /> (3) weeks from Notice to Proceed <br /> Scope Item B. Construction Documentation—Four(4)weeks from City's approval of the <br /> 75% design submittal <br /> Scope Item C.
