Execute the MOU with Community Sports Development Council, Inc. that will initiate the process for arranging the donation of materials for the replacement of the synthetic turF field at Fair Oaks School. 2. Develop agreements with the Redwood City School District and the County of San Mateo to contribute toward the replacement cost of the Fair Oaks School field project. MINUTE ORDER 12-118 D. Construction Improvement Agreement for Lathrop PARC - 134 Maple Street. (304) Recommendation: Approve, by motion, revision to the previously approved Agreement for Construction of Improvements with Lathrop PARC, LLC, as owner of record of said real property located at 134 Maple Street in Redwood City, and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement as revised.
