Task 4 - Final Toilet Replacement Plan <br /> <br />Based upon the outcome of the Task 3 meeting, we will make the necessary changes to <br />the draft plan in order to incorporate the comments from the meeting. A final plan will <br />be published, after first having it reviewed by the RWC contract administrator for this <br />design project. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Implementation Consultations <br /> <br />We will be available to assist RWC as may be necessary in the process of selection of <br />an implementation contractor, in development of "approved toilet lists", and in other <br />areas of program start-up. <br /> <br />PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />We will comply with the RFP requirement which calls for completion of all five tasks <br />within 90 days of RWC's notice-to-proceed. <br /> <br />PROJECT FEES <br /> <br />We estimate the maximum fees to complete the project as follows: <br /> Task 1 - Kickoff meeting~ $ 2,700 <br /> Task 2 - Draft plan2 12,000 <br /> Task 3 - Utility Subcommittee meeting3 1,800 <br /> Task 4 - Final plan4 1,000 <br /> Task 5 - Implementation consultation5 2,400 <br /> Travel Expenses6 1,500 <br /> TOTAL $ 21,400 <br /> <br />~ Data requests, meeting preparation, conduct of one meeting at RWC <br />2 Provide six print copies and one electronic copy <br />3 Meeting preparation, conduct of one meeting at RWC <br />4 Incorporate comments and changes into draft plan, provide six print copies and one electronic copy <br />5 Assist RWC in implementation contractor selection and other implementation issues, includes two one-day <br />meetings at RWC; maximum of 25 consulting hours. <br />6 Total &six trips to RWC <br /> <br />Agreement over $10K 1 2 * Waived due to nature of work to be performed <br />City Attorney Approved Version 101003 Peter Igram, PWS Director <br /> <br /> <br />
