Our services for the project will include the following: <br /> <br />1. Based on the site survey and documents delineating existing electrical and other utilities on <br />Middlefield Road provided by the City, we will provide electrical and architectural plans and other <br />construction drawings that include the City's program requirements. <br /> <br />2. Program requirements include: <br /> <br />a. Striping revisions <br /> <br />b. Restoration of islands as required <br /> <br />c. Shelters (prefab) for pay on foot stations <br /> <br />d. Fencing repair scope <br /> <br />e. Miscellaneous asphalt, sidewalk, restoration details. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Electrical high and low voltage service from street to control lanes and pay stations. <br /> <br />3. Existing lighting and landscaping will remain unchanged, or the City will accomplish any changes <br />that are determined to be required. <br /> <br />4. Specifications booklet (project manual) based on confirmation provided by the City similar to the <br />Marshall Street project manual. <br /> <br />5. Help obtain reviews and approval from the governing agencies. <br /> <br />6. Bidding <br /> <br />a. Respond to questions regarding scope and information provided in the bid documents. <br /> <br />b.
