Provide construction phase administration services including response to RFI's and review of <br />submittals. <br /> <br />b. Visit the site to resolve any issues and review the work. Two (2) meetings are included in this <br />proposal. <br /> <br />Fees and Payments <br /> <br />We propose to provide the services described above, excluding reimbursable expenses, on a lump sum fee <br />basis. Hazardous materials mitigation <br /> <br />6. Preparation of existing condition drawings, including electrical information. <br /> <br />7. Landscape and irrigation system design. <br /> <br />8.
