The existing operations of the surrounding roadways and parking conditions in the area surrounding the field will be observed. Mitigation measures will be identified for significant traffic and parking impacts, if necessary. Other Issues The IS/ND will discuss other issues associated with the project (e.g., construction-related air quality and noise impacts) and will identify mitigation measures to reduce impacts to a less than significant level. Five copies of the IS/ND will be provided to the City in an Administrative Draft form for review and comment. Revisions will be made to the IS/ND, based on comments received. After revising the IS/ND, up to 35 copies of the revised IS/ND will be provided to the City for distribution. DJP&A will review the comments received on the IS/ND during the public review period, to determine whether any significant issues have been raised that require revisions to the IS/ND. DJP&A will attend up to two meetings/hearings on the project. At the public hearing, we will be prepared to present the findings of the IS/ND, if requested by the City. BUDGET and SCHEDULE David J. Powers & Associates will bill on a time and materials basis for work completed, in accordance with the attached Charge Rate Schedule. We propose to prepare this Initial Study for a cost that will not exceed $24,375.00. This amount is based upon 17 hours of principal time and 80 hours of project manager time, and includes the preparation of the noise and traffic reports, as well as the cost for report reproduction and other reimbursable expenses. We will bill on a time and materials basis, commensurate with work completed. If all of the allotted time is not needed, you will not be billed for it. David J. Powers & Associates proposes the following optimum schedule for preparation of the IS/ND. DJP&A can commit to maintaining the schedule in the areas that are within our control. Delays in receiving requested information or responses by others will result in at least day-for-day delays in the overall schedule.
