Existing conditions inventory, analysis and basemap preparation <br /> A. Project workshop basemap setup and design; prepare standard project sheets <br /> B. City Context: Structure of neighborhoods & corridors in relation to downtown <br /> C. District Structure- the Greater Downtown Area <br /> <br /> 1. Existing land use & development- prepare digital basemap <br /> <br /> a. Format Existing Land Use Map by parcel from EDAW Downtown Area Plan <br /> b. Add new approved projects - cinema, Franklin, others <br /> <br /> D. The Downtown Core: Mapping and Analysis <br /> <br /> 1. Downtown Core: Land Use by Parcel from AutoCAD Downtown Area Plan graphic <br /> 2. Downtown Core: Field Inventory & Map FTB Land Use within Building Footprint <br /> 3. Downtown Core: Patterns of activity and orientation- observe, prepare diagram <br /> 4. Patterns of streets and blocks- prepare diagrams (based on aerial) <br /> 5. Historic Context- receive inventory & ordinance from staff, map historic buildings and <br /> districts <br /> 6. Public Realm- prepare map of existing public places and spaces <br /> <br /> E. Policy Context- review zoning code, draft Downtown Area Plan and General Plan designations <br /> F. Circulation and Access <br /> <br /> 1. Receive/review report on traffic capacities, likely limiting factors; q&a <br /> <br /> 2. Receive/review report on bus transit service and opportunities; including map <br /> <br /> 3. Meeting with City Staff regarding transportation issues and opportunities <br /> (combined with parking meeting) <br /> <br /> 5. Receive revised reports and maps to address FTB requested changes <br /> <br /> Note: In order to understand existing conditions relating to traffic and transit, and to develop <br /> possible concepts for street network alterations, FTB will require assistance from City Public <br /> Works and Transportation staff as well as possible assistance from a City-hired transportation <br /> <br /> <br />
