If Developer or a Contractor wants to utilize a subcontractor that cannot <br />provide the required coverage or acceptable limits Developer or Contractor shall include <br />that subcontractor under its insurance. <br />Each Contractor's Commercial General Liability shall include, at a minimum, the <br />following coverages: <br />1. Owners and contractors protective. <br />2. Broad form property damage liability including occurrence at full policy <br />limit. <br />3. Blanket explosion, collapse and underground coverage. <br />4. Personal injury coverages at full policy limits for the following: <br />a. False arrest, malicious prosecution, willful detention or imprisonment. <br />b. Libel, slander, defamation of character. <br />c. Invasion of privacy, wrongful eviction or wrongful entry. <br />5. Products and completed operations coverage. <br />6. Blanket written contractual liability. <br />7. Employees' non-ownership liability. <br />In addition to the insurance described above, Developer shall require Wentz <br />Group to purchase and maintain "All Risk or Special Form" Builder's Risk Insurance on <br />a replacement cost basis in an amount equal to the full replacement cost of the Project <br />Atty/Agr/Agr.147 <br />101403 Final <br />L.
