3. Test of pump operation cycle (if level of liquid in station permits). <br /> Check operating of valves and pipes in station. <br /> 4. Repairs such as replacement and installation of O-rings and other minor parts that <br /> determined to need replacing during such inspection. The cost of all such "minor <br /> parts" is included in the contract price and shall not be an extra charge. All parts <br /> considered "minor parts" and the prices used to calculate the contract prices are set <br /> forth in Exhibit B. These repairs do not include overhaul or shop repairs. <br /> 5. A complete written report of the findings, result and work performed on each pump <br /> upon completion of each annual inspection. <br /> PART B - UNANTICIPATED MAJOR REPAIRS <br /> Contractor shall provide any additional pump repairs, overhauls, or direct replacement of <br /> pumps which are not included in Preventative Maintenance. Prior to performing any such <br /> additional repairs or replacements, Contractor shall submit to City a description of the <br /> work determined to be necessary together with an estimate of cost for such work and <br /> parts and obtain written approval from City. The parties shall both execute a written <br /> change order to this Contract, documenting the City's approval and the Contractor's price <br /> and scope of work.
