Individual Building plans (specifically: City Hall, Fire Station 9, Police Department Facility, City Municipal Services Center), not smaller than 1/8" = 1' scale, shall show the MPOE for that building and the routing of the fiber optic conduit within the facility up to the point of termination. CONSULTANT shall submit permit drawings to city for review and comment and shall incorporate all permitting, engineering and IT comments into final bid documents and specifications. TASK 8: CONSULTANT shall assist City with bid solicitation and pre-bid effort including but not limited to: mandatory pre-bid meetings/construction walks, reviewing bids, making recommendations to city staff and City Council for award of construction contract. DELIVERABLES CONSULTANT shall provide the following deliverables to the CITY: 1. CONSULTANT shall submit to CITY one (1) Final design and cost estimate as described in Exhibit A,Task 5 &6 2. CONSULTANT shall submit to CITY one (1) survey As-built drawings in 24" x 36" minimum size as described in Exhibit A,Task 4 and make available to CITY via electronic file (Auto CAD/PDF format)to facilitate CITY's reproduction. 3. CONSULTANT shall submit to CITY one(1) unbound reproducible black-line on Mylar set and (2) bound black-line sets of Final Bid Documents and Specifications in Auto CAD/PDF format. The revised and approved schedule shall become part of this Agreement. All project milestone dates, particularly the submission date for the final plans, specifications, and estimates shall be met. CONSULTANT shall inform the CITY of potential adverse impacts to the project master schedule and implement corrective actions to meet established project milestones. CONSULTANT shall provide regular updates to the CITY ADDITIONAL SERVICES Construction support services throughout the duration of the City of Redwood City's Fiber Optic Network Upgrade Project including but not limited to pre-construction meetings, installation and testing of single mode fiber optic cable, removal of multi-mode fiber and project close out.
