Selection of the broker <br /> or agent will be made in accordance with the City's <br /> purchasing policies. The net difference between the <br /> manager's fees and the rents collected shall accrue to the <br /> City. <br /> E. Staff <br /> should consult with the City Attorney's Department prior to engaging in negotiations to <br /> determine whether a lease or license is appropriate for an interim use. <br /> 1.
