� 6.1. D. - Page 6 <br /> These minimum amounts of ca�erage will not constitute any limitations or cap on <br /> Consultant's indemnification obligations under this Agreemen�. City, its officers, <br /> agents, vofuntears and employees make no representation that the limits af the <br /> insurance specified to be carried by Consultant pursuant to this Agreement are <br /> adequafe to protect Cansultant. If Consultant believes that any reguir�d <br /> i�suranee co�erage is inadequate, Cansultar�t will obtain such additional <br /> i�surance co�erage, as Cansultant deems adequate, at Consultant's sole <br /> expense. <br /> 11.1.1 Commercial General �iabilitv Insurance. $1,000,000 combined <br /> single-limit per occurrence far bodily injury, personal inj�ry and proper�y <br /> damage. If the submitted policies contain aggregate limits, general <br /> aggregate limits will apply separately to the woric under this Agreemer�t ar <br /> the general aggr�gate will be t►ivice the required per occurrence limit. <br /> 11.1.2 Automobile Liability. $1,000,000 combined single-limit per aeeider�t <br /> for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> 11.1.3 Workers' Compensatian and Emplover's Liabilifv. Wor#cers' <br /> Compensatian limits as required by the California Labor Code and <br /> Employer's Liability limits of $1,000,0�0 per accider�t for bodily injury. <br /> Workers` Comp�nsation and Employer's �.iability insurance will no� be <br /> req�ired if Consultant has no employees and pra�ides, to City's <br /> satisfactian, a d�claration stating this. <br /> 11.1.4 Professianal Liability. Errors and omissions liabifity appropriate to <br /> Cor�sultant's professian with limits of not less than $1,�40,000 per claim. <br /> 11.2. Additional Provisions. Consultant will ensure that the policies of insurar�ce <br /> required under this Agreement contain, or are endorsed to cor�tain, the following <br /> provisions: <br /> 11.2.1 For Commercial General �iability Insurance and Automobile I <br /> Liability Insurance: City, its officers, agents, volunteers and employees will �, <br /> be named as additional i�sureds. ' <br /> 11.2.2 Consultant wifl obtain occurrer�ce co�erage, except that ' <br /> Professional Liability will be writ#en as claims-made co�erage. <br /> 1�.2.3 This insurar�ce will be in fQrce during the life of #he Agreement and ' <br /> any extensions of it and wilf not be car�celed without thirty (3�} days prior ' <br /> written notice to Cor�sultant.
