The full set of inventory and utilization data shall also be provided in GIS format and as a series of tabular outputs. Consultant's effart wili include: • Review af curre�t re�enue generation and operating costs. Revenue and operating costs wauld include: enforcement, lot maintenance, ar�d all operating costs allocat�d to the public parking supply. • Re�iew of all codes, regulations and/or operating plans {if any) for all public parking suppfy located in Redwood City's downtown parking study area. � E�aluation, as necessary, of rate structures in place in �ublic fots. •�valuation of lot formats, by lot, vuhere long-t�rm and short-term stalls are co-mingled. • Evaluation, as necessary of lot identification systems, wayfinding, signage in place on public parking facilities. • Preparation o# a re�enue to expense analysis with resul�ant recommendations for prieir�g, as appropriate, within the public paricir�g system as a rneans to balance any operating deficits that may exist. This shall include preparation of recammendations for strategies that may be implemented to off-set operating deficits �dentifi�d. • Development of a parking strategy ir� the form of a parking r�anagement plan. Strategies shall be provided in imm�diat�, near, mid and long-term impfementatior� format and include recommendations for both on and ofF-street paricing.
