Meetings. <br /> POLICY: <br /> A. General <br /> 1. During City Council mee#ings noticed and open to the public pursuant ta tha Brawn Act, <br /> the use of computer hardware, including cell phones, lpads, notebooks, netbooKs, <br /> desktop computers, and other devices, by Council members to access the <br /> interne�lintranet or receivelsend email or text messages in nat permitted. <br /> 2. This prohibition shall also apply to Ci#y Bnard, Cammission, and Commit��e members <br /> during their respecti�e meetings. <br /> B. Exceptions <br /> 1. This prohibition shall nat apply to City Council s�bcommittees. <br /> 2.
