Tt is the raie of <br /> the Mayor, or in the Mayor's absence, the Vice Mayor, to cammunicat� these <br /> pasition�. Corresnondence b� Individual Cauncilmembers Conc�rnin� Citv Mattcrs. <br /> Individual Councilmembers m�y use Cify Let�erhead �r the City Lago in <br /> Carrespandence on all matters concerning official City business, including a <br /> Cautacilmember'� independent apinion on any of�ci�I matter. However, when uszng <br /> City Letterlxeacl or the City Lvgo, xt must be made clear that any api�a�on expressed by <br /> an individua� Co�uxcilmember is tha� rnember'� apir�on only, and �ot t�ie afficial <br /> opinion af the City or the Cauncil as a whole. <br /> 5. Prohibited Use of Citv �etterhead and La�o Bv a Councelmember. <br /> Councilmembers shall not use City Letterhead or the City Lago �ar their own private <br /> pwrpase, or on behalf of private indi�iduais or organizations. Additionally, <br /> Caurzcilmembers shall not use City Letterhead or the LogQ �ar purpases expressly <br /> prohibited by law, <br /> G. �'roced�rev.
