Thus, <br />since all of the other permits were dependent upon the rezoning to become <br />effective, the Planned Development Permit one year expiration date is September <br />25, 2004. Pursuant to Article 46 of the Zoning Ordinance, you have applied in <br />writing for a one-time one year extension of the Planned Development Permit. The <br />extension is hereby granted, and thus the expiration date for starting substantial <br />construction {as demonstrated by the commencement of construction on the <br />underground parking structure and/or building shell (grading, excavation, and <br />other site preparation work does not qualify as commencement of substantial <br />construction)} is September 25, 2005.
