Tn addition to an Architectural Permit for the building design for <br />review and approval by the Architectural Review Committee and the Zoning <br />Administrator, you will also need Architectural Permits for landscaping and signage. <br />The landscaping permit is subject to review and approval by the City Landscape <br />Architect and the Zoning Administrator. The signage permit is subject to review by <br />the Architectural Review Committee. <br /> <br />:In additional to these permits, you have also filed a Deed Restriction for the <br />property currently know as 20 Avondale Avenue. The Deed Restriction limits the <br />type of construction that can be allowed on 20 Avondale Avenue. The Deed <br />Restriction is included as Attachment #5 for your reference. <br /> <br />Upon application for the Building Permit, you will also need to submit a Parcel Map <br />to merge the two parcels into one legal lot. :In the event that you wish to create <br />ownership units for the housing or commercial office space in the form of <br />condominiums, you will need to submit an application for a Tentative Parcel Map <br />for review and approval by the City prior to submittal for the Building Permit. <br /> <br />~[f approved, no building or zoning permit shall be issued, and no use shall be <br />established except in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions <br />outlined above, and in no case shall such permit be issued or use established prior <br />to the final action on any appeals that may be filed within the appeal period.
