MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> Engineering and Construction <br /> <br />TO: Planning DATE: May 29, 2002 <br />FROM: Engineering & Construction <br /> <br />SUBJECT: PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PLAN - '150 EL CAMINO REAL <br /> ENGINEERING FILE NO. 805-04 <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction reviewed the Planned Development Plans for the subject <br />project, and we request the following items be included in the Conditions of Approval: <br />References are made throughout these Terms and Conditions to the City's "Engineering <br />Standards" ("the Standards") adopted January 5, 1998. This three volume set is <br />available at the Engineering & Construction Office. <br /> <br />A. The builder shall record a Subdivision Map. The Map shall be prepared in <br /> accordance with the Subdivision Map Act, the Redwood City Subdivision <br /> Ordinance, and to the satisfaction of Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br /> B. GRADING <br /> 1. Grading, preparation of Rough Grading Plan and Plot and Finish Grading <br /> Plan shall conform to Volume III Part II of the Standards. <br /> <br /> 2. The developer shall provide dust control for the entire area at all times. The <br /> areas shall be sprinkled as necessary to prevent dust nuisance. In the event <br /> the developer neglects to use adequate measures to control dust, the City <br /> shall take whatever measures are necessary to control dust and charge the <br /> cost to the developer. <br /> <br /> 3. During construction, the City streets shall be cleaned as often as required to <br /> remove any accumulation of mud and debris resulting from this construction. <br /> If import or export of dirt is necessary, the developer shall obtain an approval <br /> for the hauling route from Engineering & Construction. The hauling routes <br /> shall be strictly adhered to by the developer's sub-contractors. <br /> <br /> <br />
