C. STORM DRAIN <br /> 1. A storm drain line wih accessories shall be constructed from approximately <br /> 10 foot easterly of the westerly property line of the project to finger Avenue <br /> along El Camino Real, to provide an underground storm drain system for the <br /> project site. <br /> <br /> 2. The storm drain system shall be designed in accordance with Part V. Volume <br /> III of the Engineering Standards and applicable Standard Details (Volume II), <br /> and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />D. WATER DISTRIBUTION <br /> 1. An 8" waterline shall be constructed from Avondale Avenue to Finger <br /> Avenue along El Camino Real. <br /> <br /> 2. The water system shall be designed according to the requirements of Part <br /> VII of Volume III of the Engineering Standards, and in compliance with <br /> Volume II (Standard Details). <br /> <br />E. UTILITY SERVICES <br /> 1. The electrical distribution system, the gas, the telephone and Cable TV <br /> facilities shall be placed underground according to the standards of the utility <br /> companies. The alignment of these installations shall be approved by <br /> Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br /> 2. Continuous inspections shall be provided by a Soils Engineer at the <br /> developer's expense during all trenching and backfilling operations. The <br /> Soils Engineer shall take compaction tests of the trench backfill .and shall <br /> submit the test results to Engineering & Construction, insuring certification of <br /> the compaction requirements as the work progresses. <br /> <br /> 3. Overhead utilities along the El Camino Real and Avondale frontage of the <br /> property shall be placed under ground. <br /> <br />F. STREET IMPROVEMENTS <br /> Damaged concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk shall be reconstructed along the El <br /> Camino Real and Avondale frontage of the property.. <br /> <br />G. STREET TREES - LANDSCAPING <br /> Street trees shall be planned and built to the satisfaction of the Parks Department <br /> and Engineering & Construction, and according to Redwood City Standards. <br /> <br />H. BONDS <br /> All items, including Planned Development Permit items, landscaping, etc., in this <br /> development shall be bonded. The Faithful Performance and Labor & Materials <br /> Bonds, each to be 100% of the Engineer's estimate as approved by Engineering <br /> & Construction, shall be filed with the City Clerk to cover all improvements, <br /> including the utilities, grading, landscaping, street work. <br /> <br /> <br />
