I. FEES <br /> The developer shall pay all engineering and checking fees and inspection fees <br /> and any other fees to be paid according to City Ordinances. <br /> <br />J. "AS-BUILT" PLANS <br /> 1. It will be the builder's responsibility to make arrangements with the design <br /> engineer for the preparation of the "as-built" or "record" drawings. The <br /> engineer shall perform limited field work only to verify that the "as-built" <br /> drawings are in substantial compliance with the field conditions. <br /> <br /> 2. The "as-buiilt" plans shall be the original tracings or permanent mylar, good <br /> quality, showing the engineer's certificate as stated above. <br /> <br /> 3. Prior to the final inspection of the project, the developer shall submit a set of <br /> "as-built" plans, which will include all improvements built by this <br /> development, to Engineering & Construction. <br /> <br />K. OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> The builder shall record a DECLARATION OF RESTRICTION" to state that, in <br /> the future, the construction of a structure shall not be permitted on the southerly <br /> 50 feet of the site.
