7/13/79.R <br /> <br />one-half percent (12-1/2%) of all moneys so collected. In such <br />event, the rates established in paragraph 6 hereof shall be <br />subject to negotiation for new rates in accordance with paragraph <br />18 hereof; and, further, in such event, Company shall file with <br />City complete reports and accounts showing all amounts collected <br />for such services by Company and the numbers of premises served, <br />in the same manner and at the same intervals of time as above <br />provided for the filing of such reports by City. <br /> <br /> 5. ~Entire City - One Rate District. For the purpose of <br />establishing rates for the service given hereunder by Company, <br />the City shall constitute one entire district and, except as <br />otherwise herein provided, rates shall be as hereinafter set <br />forth throughout the entire City. <br /> <br /> 6. Rate Schedule. The rate schedule for the collection of <br />garbage shall be as established by resolution. All rates are <br />based on collections at the ground level and Company shall not <br />be required to make collections at other than said level. All <br />rates for single households are for side yard or rear yard <br />pickup. <br /> <br /> 7. Lower Rates Permitted. Nothing herein contained shall <br />prevent Company from charging lower rates for collection of <br />garbage than those herein specified. <br /> <br /> 8. Size and Weight of Containers. Containers shall be of <br /> the size and weight ordinarily sold commercially for the disposal <br /> of garbage and which, when filled, can be handled by one person, <br /> as approved by the California Occupational Safety and Health <br /> Act of 1973 (~6300, Labor Code, et seq.). <br /> <br /> 9. Premises to Which Applicable - Collections. Company <br /> will collect and remove and dispose of all garbage of the owner, <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
