! J <br /> <br /> 1. Section 2.2. Term, subsection (c) is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 2.2(c) Extension. The term of this Agreement shall <br /> <br /> be extended automatically for an additional five (5) successive <br /> operating years from September 30, 1999 to September 30, 2004; <br /> provided that such extension shall not be effective if, on or before <br /> June 30, 1998 Agency gives BFI written notice of Agency's <br /> determination not to extend the term which would expire on <br /> September 30, 1999. All references to 'term' as used herein shall be <br /> deemed to include the extension of the amended term." <br /> <br /> 2.
