' ES:djk 08/31/87R <br /> <br />overhead, administrative expense, profit, or other cost is added <br />nor with respect to which any other amount is credited, such that <br />the specific amount of such cost is included without modification <br />in the calculations or reports to which such Cost pertains. <br /> <br /> Section 1.17. "Residential Property" means property used <br />for residential purposes which consists of three or less dwelling <br />units, irrespective of whether such units are rental units or <br />owner-occupied, or whether commercial activities are conducted <br />thereon or therefrom, provided that such activities are permitted <br />under applicable zoning regulations and do not consist of the <br />primary use of the property. <br /> <br /> Section 1.18. "Service Area" means that territory within <br />and, if applicable, outside Agency's boundaries with respect to <br />which Agency exercises franchising authority for the collection <br />of Solid Waste, which territory is shown on a map on file in the <br />office of Agency's Manager, to which reference is hereby made for <br />the description of said Area. <br /> <br /> Section 1.19. "Solid Waste" means all putrescible and <br /> nonputrescible solid, semisolid, and liquid wastes, including <br /> garbage, trash, refuse, paper, rubbish, ashes, industrial wastes, <br /> demolition and construction wastes, discarded home and industrial <br /> appliances, manure, vegetable or animal solid and semisolid <br /> wastes, and other discarded solid and semisolid wastes, but <br /> "Solid Waste" does not include Hazardous Waste nor toxic waste, <br /> nor wastewater required to be deposited or deposited in sewerage <br /> systems. <br /> <br /> <br />
