agreement a listing of Company's Collection rates, rates for <br /> other services, annual holiday schedule, and a general summary of <br /> services required to be provided hereunder and optional services <br /> which may be furnished by Company. Such notice shall be in form <br /> subject to Agency's approval prior to its distribution and may, <br /> at Agency's direction, be included with Billings made by Company. <br /> Company's costs for services under this section shall be deemed <br /> Operating Costs in accounting therefor under Article VI. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE V. <br /> <br /> STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE <br /> <br /> Section 5.1. General. Agenc~ or Authority on behalf of <br /> <br /> Agency, and Company shall establish standards of performance and <br /> <br />procedures pursuant to which Solid Waste shall be Collected in an <br /> economic, efficient, and expeditious manner, but without <br /> sacrificing quality of service, all in furtherance of the public <br /> interest, convenience and necessity. Agency and Company shall <br /> cooperate in adopting such standards and procedures; provided, <br /> however, that Agency's determination thereof shall be final. <br /> Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions of this Article <br /> relating to Company's performance shall be deemed a part of any <br /> further standards and procedures so prepared and established. <br /> <br /> Section 5.2. Performance Measurement Data.
