DES:djk 08/31/87R <br /> <br /> designated by Agency. Such Collections shall be made as part of <br /> a community-wide "cleanup" program, and Agency shall require <br /> owners or occupants of Residential Property to place such Solid <br /> Waste at curbside for Collection. Such Collection shall be <br /> provided as free service to Agency and to said owners or <br /> occupants, and shall be deemed compensated by Company's charges <br /> for weekly service. <br /> <br /> Upon Agency's request, Company shall provide a second such <br /> Collection during any Operating Year on a day designated by <br /> Agency. Company's costs for such second Collection shall be <br /> deemed Pass Through Costs in accounting therefor under Article <br /> VI. <br /> <br /> (b) Monthly. In addition to the Collections described in <br />subdivision (a) of this section, Company shall Collect, not less <br />than monthly, Solid Waste from Residential Property comprised of <br />residential garden clippings, prunings, and other household <br />refuse not exceeding 200 pounds and of such size and shape as to <br />be handled safely by one person and accommodated by Company's <br />Collection trucks used on a daily basis for Solid Waste <br />Collections from Residential Property. Agency shall require <br />owners or occupants of Residential Property to place such Solid <br />Waste at curbside. Company's costs of Collection under this <br />subdivision (b) shall be deemed Operating Costs in accounting <br />therefor under Article VI, and there shall be no special charge <br />for such Collections to Agency or to such owners or occupants. <br /> <br /> Section 4.4. Public Awareness Programs.
