DES:djk 08/31/87R <br /> <br />unsanitary, or othe~ise to constitute a nuisance. Agency shall <br />provide Company with keys, if necessary, to provide access to <br />such Containers. Agency shall replace or repair Containers which <br />are missing or damaged, upon written notice thereof by Company <br />given to Agency's Manager. <br /> <br /> Section 4.2. Agency Property. Company shall Collect, not <br /> less than weekly and more frequently as the Manager shall <br /> determine, Solid Waste from Containers located on Agency-owned <br /> facilities including, but not necessarily limited to, parks, <br /> Agency offices, corporation yard, parking lots, fire stations, <br /> and such other Agency-owned properties as Agency shall specify. <br /> Company's costs of Collection under this section shall be deemed <br /> <br /> Pass Through Costs in accounting therefor under Article VI. <br /> Company shall provide a sufficient number of suitably-sized <br /> Containers, at or in the vicinity of such properties for the <br /> deposit of Solid Waste. Agency shall deposit, or cause to be <br /> deposited, Solid Waste in said Containers for Collection by <br /> Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agency may, at Agency's <br /> sole discretion, collect and transport Solid Waste which may <br /> accumulate on Agency's properties, or by reason of any of <br /> Agency's operations, to Company's transfer station, at no direct <br /> cost to Agency at the transfer station. <br /> <br /> Section 4.3. Special Collections. (a) Annual. Company <br /> shall Collect Solid Waste from Residential Property comprised of <br /> objects larger than ordinarily may be accommodated by residental <br /> Solid Waste Containers including, but not necessarily limited to, <br /> objects not larger than 2 feet by 4 feet nor heavier than 200 <br /> pounds, not less than once each Operating Year on a day <br /> 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
