Company shall Collect Solid Waste <br />from Containers of a size and weight customarily sold for use <br />upon Residential Property and which, when filled, are safely <br />capable of being handled by one person. Nothing herein contained <br />shall be deemed to preclude the use of Bins or other Containers <br />of a size and shape acceptable to C6mpany. <br /> <br /> Section 3.10. Activities Beyond Scope of Franchise. The <br />exclusive franchise granted herein shall not limit or affect the <br />operation of debris box service by Company or any other person, <br />firm, corporation or other entity offering such service within <br />the Service Area. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE IV. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC FACILITIES, SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> <br /> Section 4.1. Public Facilities. Company shall Collect <br />Solid Waste from Agency's Containers maintained by Agency for use <br />by the public on or in the vicinity of streets and public <br />rights-of-way and other public places in the Service Area as <br />specified by Agency, but not including Containers on Agency's <br />property described in Section 4.2. Company's costs of <br />Collections under this section shall be deemed Pass Through Costs <br />in accounting therefor under Article VI. <br /> <br /> Collections under this section shall be made not less than <br />weekly; provided, however, that such Collections shall be made <br />more frequently as Agency shall determine and advise Company in <br />order that Solid Waste shall not overflow the Containers in which <br />it is placed, or accumulate so as to become unsightly, hazardous, <br /> <br /> 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
