DES:djk 08/31/87R <br /> <br />each Operating Year, Company shall provide Agency audited <br />financial reports and such other documents as may be required by <br />Agency which show in detail Company's net profit or loss related <br />to Company's operations hereunder. <br /> <br /> Section 6.6. Selection of Auditor. Agency, or Authority on <br />behalf of Agency, may at Company's expense (which expense shall <br />be reported as a Pass Through Cost) engage an Auditor to review <br />the audit plan and workpapers of Company's independent auditors <br />relied upon by Company to support Company's audited financial <br />reports and other documents described above. Upon the conclusion <br />of said Auditor's review, representatives of Company and Agency <br />or Authority, as appropriate, shall meet to discuss any <br />discrepancies or differences between their respective audits <br />concerning Company's compliance with this franchise, or in the <br />calculation of the "net" Revenue Requirement described in Section <br />6.2. If such discrepancies or differences cannot be resolved the <br />dispute may be submitted to ~he Governing Body for determination. <br /> <br /> Section 6.7. Selection of Rate Analyst. Agency, or <br />Authority on behalf of Agency, may, at Company's expense (which <br />expense shall be reported as a Pass Through Cost) engage an <br />independent rate analyst to review the reports filed by Company <br />pursuant to the rate modification process or the rate reviews <br />described in Sections 6.2 and 6.3, respectively, and to assist in <br />the preparation of appropriate forms and procedures necessary or <br />convenient to carrying out such processes, or reviews or <br />otherwise pertinent hereto. <br /> <br /> 30 <br /> <br /> <br />
