10. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS. <br /> <br /> A. Avoidance of Use of Landfill. Company shall <br /> <br /> recycle all Recyclable Materials collected by it under this <br /> Agreement and avoid disposing of such materials in any Solid <br /> Waste landfill site. <br /> <br /> B. Memorandum Of A~reement With SBTSA. This <br /> Agreement is intended to supersede the Memorandum of <br /> Agreement between the South Bayside Transfer Station <br /> Authority and the Company dated May 31, 1988. <br /> <br /> C. Unauthorized Collection of Recyclable Materials. <br /> The parties intend that Company and the customers of Company <br /> who participate in the Recycling Program receive the <br /> protection of Article 7, Chapter 1, Title 7.3 of the <br /> Government Code entitled "Unauthorized Collection of <br /> Recyclable Materials". Therefore the parties hereby provide <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> Company is both the "Authorized Recycling Agent" and <br /> the "Authorized Collection Agent" within the meaning of <br /> Article 7. <br /> <br /> The "Designated Collection Location" within the meaning <br /> of Article 7, is any place where Company is required to pick <br /> up the Solid Waste of a customer under this Agreement or, if <br /> not herein provided, under the Uniform Collection Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
