8. ANCILLARY PROGRAMS. Company shall prepare and submit <br />to Agency two (2) ancillary programs independent of this <br />Agreement: <br /> <br /> A. A program for collection and composting of garden <br /> clippings to eliminate or reduce the disposal of such <br /> material at the solid waste landfill site. <br /> <br /> B. A program proposing additional services Company <br /> will provide within the Service Area of Agency to meet the <br /> requirements of the County of San Mateo Per Capita Grant For <br /> Recycling Services. Such program shall not duplicate the <br /> services described under Scope of Services herein. Company <br /> shall prepare and submit the program to Agency within six <br /> (6) months of the execution date of this Agreement. Upon <br /> approval of the program by Agency or its modification by the <br /> parties, Company shall implement the program in the Service <br /> Area of Agency. <br /> <br /> 9. PERFORMANCE BOND, INDEMNIFICATION AND INSURANCE. The <br />provisions in the Uniform Collection Agreement, at Section 7.1 <br />through 7.3, are incorporated in this Agreement by this <br />reference. <br /> <br /> No increase in the amount of the existing performance bond <br />is required, provided that such bond is reissued or amended to <br />also cover Company's performance under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> The parties deem the insurance coverage specified in Section <br />7.3 to be adequate provided the individual policies of insurance <br />are reissued or modified by endorsement, wherever appropriate, to <br />also cover Company's performance under this Agreement. <br /> <br /> 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
