OrganoTM Planting Mix

OrganoTM Golf Course Mix

OrganoTM Life Professional Soil Amendment

Daily Cover Grind

Organo T. Agricultural Mulch

Because of the moist climate at OMCF, biomass boiler fuel is not anticipated to
make a significant contribution to sales.

Quality Control, Product Testing, Customer Education
BFI will draw upon its experience from extensive field trials and research into product
development and product performance to ensure that we market the highest quality
materials and achieve excellent' results when our products are utilized. The success
of any composting program comes from producing a consistent, stable product
which is suited for its intended use. Therefore, BFI implements a strict program of
ongoing operational testing and monitoring. The finished compost will be tested to
provide important agronomic information useful to the end-users in accordance with
industry standards. The analyses performed will include nutrients, micronutrients,
conductivity, soluble salts, percent of organic matter, and pH: In addition, the
compost will be tested for heavy metals and other possible contaminants to ensure
that ~he compost is safe for unrestricted use. This ii~',...,ation will be summarized on
an easy-to-mad fact sheet for customer use.

SALES PLAN and TIMELINE

Diversified Markets
BFI's sales plan is based on multilevel markets ranging from the highest value end
user such as bagged retail markets to bulk deliver~ for agricultural soil amendments.
This ensure~ that BFI does not put all its emphasis on one market, thereby taking
the peaks and valleys out of the seasonal fluctuations in market demand for our
products and risking the collapse of any one market. For example, BF! currently
distributes recycled organics to residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial
end-users through both the bagged retail market and bulk sales.

9
