The "How to" brochure will be either distributed in person or mailed to our
customers. It will be in two-colors; we will provide Spanish versions and circulate
those in areas that are predominately Hispanic. We will print 100,000 copies of this
in order to have some available at city halls, libraries and community centers. We
also will distribute these to realtors as part of the information they routinely give new
homeowners.

We Will prepare articles for newsletters that will describe the program and provide
updated information on material diverted from the landfill. The newsletter will keep
the public aware of the program and the need to support it.
