All buildings, struct�ares, yards and other impro�ements <br /> shall be maintained in a manner which does not detract from the appearance of the <br /> immediate neighborhood. The foflowing conditions are prohibited: <br /> 1. Dilapidated, deteriorating, or ur�repaired structures, such as: <br /> fences, roofs, doors, walls, windaws; <br /> 2. Scrap lumber, junk, trash or debris; <br /> 3.
