All buildings, structures, yards and other impro�ements <br /> shafl be maintained in a mar�ner which does not detract from the appearance of the <br /> immediate neighbarhood. The #ollowing conditions are prohibited: <br /> 1 . Difapidated, deteriorating, or unrepaired structures, such as: <br /> fe�ces, roofs, doors, wafls, windows; <br /> 2. Scrap lumber, junk, trash or debris; <br /> 3. Abandoned, discarded or unused objects or equipmen#, such as <br /> automabiles, au�omobile parts, furniture, sto�es, refrigerators, cans, containers, <br /> or similar items; <br /> 4. Stagnant water or excavafions, including pools or spas: <br /> 5.
