A legal description of �he Historic Praperty is <br /> attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A," and is incorporated herein by this reference; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 27, 1987, the City Council of the City of Redwood City by <br /> Resolution No. 10565 declared and designated the Historic Property as a historic <br /> iandmark pursuanfi to the terms and provisions of Chapter 40, Historic Preser�ation of <br /> the Redwood City Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, City and Owner, for their mutual benefit, now desire to enter into this <br /> Contract both to protect ar�d preserve the characteristics of historical significance of tF�e <br /> Historic Property and to qualify the Historic Property for an assessment of valuation <br /> pursuant to the provisions of C#�apter 3, of Par� 2, of Di�ision 1 of the Cafifornia <br /> Revenue and Taxation Code. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, CITY AND OWNER, in consideration af the mutual <br /> covenants ar�d conditions set fo�th herein, do hereby agree as fiollows: <br /> ATTYIAGR12012.1841FOX THEATRE MILLS ACT CONTRACT <br /> REV: 11-15-12 VR <br /> Page 1 of 10 <br />
