d. As proposed, the addition will not ha�e any excessive temparary <br /> and or second-hand materials used in the design of the <br /> s�ructu re; <br /> e. The praposed addition will retain existing natural features, such <br /> as; trees, s�rubs, creeks, and rocks, and the natural grad� of <br /> th� si#e; <br /> f. The proposed addition will pravide accessibility of off-s#reet <br /> parking areas and the relation of parking areas with respect to <br /> traffic on adjacent streets; <br /> g. With the praposed addition, the praject will provide landscaping <br /> areas far the purposes of separating or screening service and <br /> storage areas from the street and adjoining building sites, <br /> breaking up large expanses of paved areas, separafing or <br /> screening parking lots from the street and adjoinir�g building <br /> sites, and se�arating building ar�as from paved areas to pravide <br /> access from buildings to open space areas; <br /> h. With the proposed addition, the project will comply with the <br /> provision of permeable areas and drainage design apprapriate <br /> to capture and treat stormwater runoff �rior to its discharge from <br /> the site including, b�t not limited to, the use of vegetated <br /> swales, landscape featt�res, permeable pavement materials, <br /> infiltration �asins or engineerecf designs. <br /> Section 4.
